I recently bought a laptop (VivoBook) here and was assisted by Mr. Abdul Sajjad Sarkar. He was absolutely fantastic from start to finish, very professional, patient and clearly knows both his job and the products he’s selling. He helped me compare different models in detail, answered all my questions without any rush, and gave honest suggestions instead of just pushing the most expensive option. After the purchase, he even went the extra mile by helping me set up the laptop, including splitting the C: drive into a separate D: drive for extra storage and better organisation. That kind of support is rare and really appreciated. Overall, a great experience. I’d definitely recommend asking for Mr. Abdul if you’re planning to buy a laptop here.
