The experience was very good, highly recommend Asus official store. Mr Vishal Shinde was very helpful. We wanted Vivobook 16x in black colour which was not available at the moment, but vishal managed to get laptop till evening. Payment method was very smooth, he gave us a proper demo of the laptop and explained each and every thing about the laptop. He also matched the online price. Overall very good experience. Highly recommend.
