The laptop is good, the service was good. but I bought a laptop after discount for 1.65 lakh and the sales person told me no card offers and asked for bank transfer and I paid. but online on Amazon it is for 1.52 lakh after card discount and even on asus site it's 1.6 lakh. so a bit disappointed. Best to check the laptops offline and buy online. brick and mortars don't give best offer to customer.
