brought this vivobook i5 12500H today, the shop owner was pretty kind and gentlemen. the best thing is he wasn't trying to enforce his recommendations on coustmers. u just have to tell your choice and he'll present it in front of u (he'll explain other similar products though). overall the experience was nice. we got lot of goodies with it (bag, mouse, kayboard, cleaner, kayboard pad). yeyy
edit - the keyboard came out to be defected. bt not gonna exchange it as store is almost 50km from my home.
