I recently had an outstanding experience at the ASUS Showroom here in Udupi. From the moment I stepped in, the customer service was incredibly professional and welcoming. The staff made it clear they were there to assist, and what truly impressed me was their genuine openness to all my queries. No question was too basic or too complex; they patiently and thoroughly addressed every single one, making sure I fully understood the features and specifications of the products I was interested in. Their deep product knowledge and willingness to elaborate on technical details were truly exceptional. I wanted to buy the newly released Asus rog laptop rog strix g16 with 50 series graphics card. They were really helpful at discussing the payment options. At last i purchased the laptop. Coincidentally I was the first customer to buy this new laptop,so they had an awesome celebration. They made me cut a cake to celebrate. It was splendid. It verily felt like they were our family. Even though the store needed to be closed at 8:00pm they stayed till 9:30 pm to help us set up the laptop i.e update windows,bios etc. I was anxious to do the updates such as bios on my own so they did it for us. Manager and the staff are really wonderful to be with. Beyond the initial interaction, the quality of their after-sales support also stood out. A few days after purchasing a new laptop, I had a follow-up question about optimizing some settings. I contacted the showroom, and once again, their team was incredibly helpful and responsive. They guided me through the process with clear instructions and ensured my issue was completely resolved, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction even after the sale is complete.They did not force anything,i was free to think about my purchase.They truly helped beyond just their store,they gave really good advices and answers to queries such as the importance of earthing and about extension cables. Patience and calmness and service to customer is their identity. This ASUS showroom truly exemplifies what excellent customer service should be. Their team's professionalism, readiness to answer any query, and reliable after-sales support create a comprehensive and reassuring experience.
