Staff are confused giving wrong information and arguing that we are confused
We asked for particular model and they said they have it and later they gave the wrong model and not willing to take back the laptop
They give fake promise of RAM upgrade available but it's not available in that model
After purchase if we call
They are always busy giving reasons and not responding
They are not clear and they are confused in model name , model price
If you want to purchase make 100% sure it is exact model that you wanted, once they open box they wont agree even if they did the mistake
It's a good showroom if they are clear about everything they sell (✨️✨️✨️)
