Had a good experience on buying laptop from this store. I bought Vivobook 16

I purchased an ASUS VivoBook 15 from Chroma on 6th September 2024. At the time of purchase, they clearly promised that in case of any issue, an engineer would visit and fix it in front of me. But when I visited the store on 6th August 2025, they asked me to submit the laptop, pay ₹280 (or ₹580 if the service center is outside Satna), and wait more than a week. This is completely opposite to what was promised. Such misleading information and poor after-sale service from Chroma is disappointing. Thankfully, the ASUS Exclusive Store (Integrated Computers ,Satna )ssupported me fully and guided me well. I request ASUS to take this seriously so that customers don’t suffer due to false commitments made by third-party stores.
