Bought my first oled laptop from Asus store palladium,
I visited the store yesterday but they were under renovation I was little confused and I called the number mentioned outside the store, the Asus store team helped me to select laptop as per my requirement and they shared 6/7 models details and gave demo on phone
I was planning to buy on emi and the staff guided me for no cost emi and sent the laptop at my door step with installation and setup as I needed, thank you so much for your guidance I will surely visit to meet you guys personally when the store is open

My experience at the Asus Exclusive store, Icons at Phoenix (lower parel) was excellent. Chetan has helped me a lot from scratch. A very helpful & friendly person at the store. I went through a Smooth buying process , and after sales help was also very good from Chetan. I had faced a minor problem with my new laptop. He was very helpful in having my laptop replaced . Visited the Asus store recently and had a chance to check out their range of laptops, workstations, and some impressive Asus ROG products. The staff, though limited to just one person, was knowledgeable and assisted me with all my queries efficiently. However, I felt the store's glass walls could have been cleaner, as it would allow passersby a better view of the products inside.
Overall, a good experience, but a little more attention to presentation would definitely enhance the store's appeal.

I had a booting problem on my ASUS machine and I was scared that the hard disk had crashed. Not knowing where to go I found the Asus centre at Phoenix mills. Saif was extremely helpful with the location of the service centre at Dadar. However, he offered to have a look at the problem with my machine and lo and behold.....the solved the problem instantly.
