While I appreciate the staff’s effort in fixing the issue, I’m disappointed with the ₹1,000 charge for simply unscrewing and charging the laptop, a basic 15-minute task. I wasn’t informed about this charge beforehand; had I known, I could’ve done it myself.
Also, not providing a bill only raises doubts.. it feels like the amount goes straight into your pocket in the name of GST.
Please ensure transparency in both pricing and billing. Customers deserve clarity, not surprise charges.
