It's been a wonderful experience buying from the Asus showroom. Ms. Nishana was knowledgeable about the product and helped find the one I was looking for. I'd visited multiple places in and around Kollam as well as Trivandrum, but hadn't been able to find the product, and my only other option was buying it online (but I was skeptical cause I wanted to see a demo before buying it - which was available at the Asus showroom). The price was also reasonable and the same as the one shown online (on Amazon, Flipkart and Asus website). I'd also had an issue arise from buying the laptop but she helped me fix it conveniently and quite fast. Overall the experience has been really good.
