Visited this store recently and overall it was a good experience. The person helping me really knew their stuff when it came to computers—they could explain specs and differences between laptops in a way that actually made sense.
That said, the customer service side could use a bit of improvement. The interaction felt a little rushed, and I wish there was a bit more patience and friendliness. Still, I walked out feeling confident about my purchase, so it was a positive experience overall.
