I had problem with my system related to Bitlocker Security key which wasn't working in spite of all efforts. Had to fix it ASAP since all my works depended on the system, myself being a doctor. I had many files which I feared I may lose. I got the contact no of ASUS Exclusive Store - Tech point Retail, BTM Layout. Mr Ravi was courteous enough on call. We came to the store with the issue. He promised to resolve it by evening and he did it. Great satisfaction is I got back my files. Very good services, very good people here. Mr Ravi & Mr Javed, thanks for timely help. Highly recommended.
