Nice staff. Very helpful. Gori Shankar helped a lot in understanding the machine and very polite too.
Edit- On the next day Windows update got stuck at 96% and I couldn't do a thing. Went back there next day and got new Windows installed. Reason for stuck update was that the Windows on the laptop was 10 months old and the latest update wasn't being compatible with it. So I'll advice you to get everything updated right after purchasing the laptop and before leaving the shop.
